Samjong KPMG new CPAs start to be Global Elites in Beijing, China

Two hundred of Samjong KPMG new CPAs start their career with a visit to KPMG Beijing office.
L&D Center has held the `Global Challenge Program`for new CPAs to make them `Global Elites`in the future. We ran experimental programs in Beijing, China from Oct. 8th to Oct. 11th. New CPAs were excited because it contained a workshop at KPMG Beijing office, visit to Beijing University, Hyundai Motors, Great Wall, and various Chinese culture experiences.
Samjong KPMG is delivering a variety of training programs for new CPAs. There was a training camp to share the vision and value of Samjong KPMG as well as the initiation and orientation in September.  There was also a job training program to give a basic qualification and ability to make them professional.
New CPAs will be training professionally through our well organized Global Elite Program including language, job, and software skills over next three years. Throughout this program, they will be able to build the basis of being a global professional in the future.
